I, Kini Cosma, hereby seek interim measures through Rule 108 of the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman Or Degrading Treatment and Punishment to prevent further irreparable harm while this communication is being considered at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
I have exhausted all Federal court remedies. The last being filed in the U.S. Federal Claims Court on November 10, 2005. And, dismissed by a Federal Claims Judge in August 2006.
I, also, hereby request the mandate of 1503 Procedure by the Commission On Human Rights and the Commission on the Status of Women to examine a consistent pattern and reliably attested violations of gross human rights and fundamental freedoms violations occurring individually and in the Western part of the United States, specifically California. In addition, I will seek redress under the procedure for Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights at the United Nations Secretariat and Treaties as well as the Commission Branch.

Here is a suppressed character witness petition that revealed my true nature. After the damages in this county, Judge Lazard disqualified himself from other malicious prosecutions in Lassen County. The Nancy Ash Case [5 Images]
After the judge suppressed ALL evidence except the testimony of one person and an affidavit, I was left without a case. Not only did the plaintiff have two lawyers present at the 12 person jury, but the judge did all of the objections and suppression of evidence. (All photos, tape recordings, 30 witnesses) I was left with absolutely nothing, not even a closing arguement. Immediately after the Coldwell Banker eviction, I collapsed and was unable to attend to my horses. I wouldn't answer the door for anybody, until my friend, Nancy Ash, insisted that I open the door. She had indicated that she had my horses and that she was willing to help me move to her place. Nancy's place was out of town and we had a verbal agreement. What my gut instincts say is that Nancy was coveting my mustangs. She had her eye on my big boy in particular. Nancy had it planned that she would cause me enough additional grief that I would have no other choice but to abandon my horses at her place.

Since 1992 there have been rules and regulations for housing programs. Program Operators are encouraged to use the orders to forbid abuse or program misconduct. Early on before the six months were ever up, Kini came to the Coldwell Banker Affiliate management with letters. But, Dwight, Coldwell Banker's rep., took out his red pen and looked for spelling and grammatical errors to circle then handed back the letters. What was Kini to do? If you're a woman and run into the office screaming for help, management would only call "mental health." They did that too while trying to interfere with my financial funding and intercepting it because "She's not paying the rent!" If the bothered tenant were a man? That, of course, would be a different story!

The chronology of events were written by Retired Sergeant Randy Bowman. I used Bowman's records as a subpeona. On the last page of Bowman's records, you will see it is stamped as a "Controlled Document-Confidential Information To Napa County District Attorney" I have circulated this document throughout the U.S. Notice, on the left side of the margin, are the exhibit numbers to call into all levels of the Court. To date, none of these exhibits have ever been displayed to any of the Courts. Most people have heard my side of the story, here is their side. Notice that Bowman made my every move criminal. He knew about things that should have been NONE OF HIS BUSINESS. Thank you all for reviewing these documents. It is a form of prayer for me. And, understand that at this point, after $600,000.00 worth of services rendered in the courts, the loss of my sons, the atrocity of living in abject poverty and alone while being sexually exploited (because of the sex offender stigma), and the grand theft/larceny of my $100,000.00 of inheritance money, I am extremely outraged and may show in my comments.
